Apricot Barbecued Chicken


  • Hot cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
