Artichoke Chicken Casserole


  • 1 package(s) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed (10 ounce pkg)
  • 4 chicken breasts, halved and boned
  • ¼ pound(s) bacon, cut inch 1 inch pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cup(s) dry vermouth
  • 1 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese

Fry bacon until crisp and drain all except 2 T fat from pan. Brown the chicken. Then layer in an oiled 1 quart casserole the artichokes, chicken, salt and pepper to taste, bacon bits, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Pour vermouth over all.
