  • 1 ½ pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 8-inch wooden skewers
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 8-oz can whole water chestnuts
  • 1 teaspoon fresh jalapeño chile

Pulse chicken in a food processor until coarsely chopped and transfer to a large bowl.
