Avocado Salad with Orange-Wasabi Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens, rinsed and dried
- hot sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup diced red onion

- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup red wine
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
