Aztec Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) tortilla chips
  • 1 can(s) cream of celery soup
  • 1 can(s) whole kernel corn (drained)
  • block Velveeta cheese (large block)
  • 10 ounce(s) chicken broth
  • ¾ cup(s) celery
  • ¾ cup(s) bell pepper
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup(s) chopped green onions
    • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can(s) Rotel tomatoes
    • 4 chicken breasts--cooked, deboned and cut-up
    • 1 package(s) rattrap cheese
    • 1 stick(s) butter

Sauté green onions, bell pepper and celery in butter. Add chicken to mixture and then add broth. Melt the cheese and stir into chicken mixture. Add corn, tomatoes and soup to mixture (use large container). Crush 1/2 lg bag of tortilla chips and mix well into bowl before pouring into baking dish. ...
