Baked Chicken and Cheese Pinwheels


  • 1 medium rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 (4.5 oz) can Old El Paso chopped green chiles
  • ½ (1 oz) packet Old El Paso taco seasoning (or as much as you want!)
  • 8 large spinach tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz) block Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup roughly chopped cilantro

1In a large bowl, combine the chicken, chiles and taco seasoning.
