Baked Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) orange juice
  • parmesan cheese - shredded for garnish

  • 1 cup(s) brown rice long grain
  • 14 500/1000 ounce(s) tomatoes - Italian style, diced and undrained
  • 1 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1 cup(s) parsley - curly or flat leaf, rough chopped, more for garnish if desired
