Ingredients

- parmesan cheese - shredded for garnish

- 1 cup(s) brown rice long grain
- 14 500/1000 ounce(s) tomatoes - Italian style, diced and undrained
- 1 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1 cup(s) parsley - curly or flat leaf, rough chopped, more for garnish if desired
