Baked Chicken with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce(s) spaghetti , fettuccini or angel hair pasta
  • ½ cup(s) Romano cheese - shredded or parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounce(s) Velveeta cheese - cubed
  • 2 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 10 ¾ ounce(s) cream of celery soup
  • 4 chicken breasts - skinless, sautéed or grilled with lemon pepper (or use 3 to 4 cups of leftover chicken or turkey)
  • 3 stalk(s) celery - chopped
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs
    • 1 clove(s) garlic - minced
    • 4 sprig(s) thyme fresh - just the leaves
    • ½ teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
    • 10 ¾ ounce(s) cream of chicken with herbs soup
    • 4 ounce(s) pimento - drained and chopped
    • 8 ounce(s) mushrooms - sliced
    • 1 red bell pepper - seeded and diced
    • 1 onion - medium, chopped
    • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
    • ground pepper to taste
