Balsamic Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 6 breasts
  • 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
