Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup pearl barley
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

    • 1 1/4-ounce package dried mushrooms
