  • Dash ground black pepper
  • Dash salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
