Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pound(s) beef stew meat or lamb cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 20 sprig(s) fresh parsley, tied together
  • 10 sprig(s) fresh cilantro, tied together
  • 2 cup(s) onion, chopped fine
  • sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • white potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pound(s) baby carrots, whole

    • zucchini, peeled and cut
    • ¼ cup(s) sun-dried tomatoes, cut
    • 2 cup(s) chicken broth
    • 2 teaspoon(s) Raz el Hanout seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon(s) turmeric
