Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 celery
  • 5 large fresh thyme
  • 2 fresh tarragon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium carrot

Place beans in large saucepan. Add cold water to cover by 2 inches and bring to boil. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 1 hour. Drain beans. Heat oil in same pan over medium-high heat.
