Buffalo Chicken Chile Rellenos

Ingredients

  • chiles - 4
  • canola oil - 1 cup
  • flour - 1/3 cup, plus more for dredging
  • salt - ½ teaspoon
  • egg yolk - 1
  • egg whites - 5
  • ranch dressing - ¼ cup, plus more for garnish
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • Frank's Wing Buffalo Sauce - ½ cup
    • salt and pepper - to taste
    • queso fresco - ¼ cup
    • corn - 1 ear, shucked
    • cream cheese - ½ cup
    • chicken - 1 breast

Turn your broiler on, and on a baking sheet, place the pepper on the top rack of your oven under the broiler. Keep a close eye on them, once the skin starts to bubble and brown, rotate.
