  • 4 teaspoon all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter

    • Blue Cheese Sauce
    • ½ cup hot sauce ( I used Texas Pete)
    • ¼ butter, melted
    • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
    • 3 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
    • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
    • ½ cup onions, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Chicken filling
    • 2 tablespoon butter, melted, for brushing crepe pan
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon Asian sriracha hot chili sauce
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 ½ cup milk
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • Crepe batter

To make the crepes:In a food processor, combine flour, eggs, milk, olive oil, hot chili sauce, parsley, and salt.
