- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 ounce crumbled blue cheese
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- 4 teaspoon all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon butter

- ½ cup hot sauce ( I used Texas Pete)
- ¼ butter, melted
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 3 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- ½ cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chicken filling
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted, for brushing crepe pan
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Asian sriracha hot chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- Crepe batter
To make the crepes:In a food processor, combine flour, eggs, milk, olive oil, hot chili sauce, parsley, and salt.
