Buffalo Mac-N-Cheese

Ingredients

• ½ c blue cheese
• 1 T fresh thyme
• 1 pin teaspoon heavy cream
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 lb ground chicken
• 2 T vinegar
• 5 oz hot sauce
• + 6 more ingredients
• • kosher salt
  • ¼ c flour
  • ¼ t crushed red pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ¼ c butter.
  • 1 lb box medium shells, pasta
