Cabbage and Potato Bake


  • 2 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 cup(s) yellow onions, peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • 12 ounce(s) lean bacon, cut into ½ inch dice
  • 2 Idaho potatoes, 2 ½ lbs. (large)
  • 1 cabbage, 2-2 ½ lbs.
