Caesar Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces uncooked dry penne pasta (2 cups)
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • ¾ cup creamy caesar salad dressing
  • ½ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 ½ cups)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups caesar-flavor croutons
    • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
