California Blend & Rice Casserole


  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package(s) frozen California blend vegetables
  • 1 cup(s) cubed Velveeta cheese or 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ cup(s) Milk
  • 1 cup(s) rice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) margarine/butter

Mix all ingredients together in an oven-safe casserole dish and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350°. I usually double the recipe because it goes over so well with everything. Plus, you can add in cubed chicken or turkey to make a meal.
