California Casserole


  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ¾ cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
