Cheaty chicken pies recipe


  • 500g chicken thigh or breast fillets, no skin, fat trimmed off, cubed
  • ¼ cup of leek, finely chopped
  • 1 x 420 gr can Heinz chicken condensed soup - 98% fat free
  • 1 extra can water
  • 1 cup of Heinz mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, peas and beans)
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 5 medium sized mushrooms, sliced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • Pepper to taste
    • 100g frozen shortcrust pastry
