Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 can(s) (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) cayenne, or to taste
  • 1/3 cup(s) chipotle muenster cheese, shredded - or plain muenster
  • 1 can(s) (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained or 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon(s) cumin

    • paprika
    • 2 egg whites
    • 1/3 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese
    • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    • 1/3 cup(s) milk
    • 1 pound(s) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
