Cheesy Hash Brown Cassarole

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • ¼ cup(s) onion, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) melted butter
  • 1 ½ can(s) chicken or mushroom cream soup
  • 1 pint(s) sour Cream
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 3 pound(s) hash browns (shredded frozen)

Mix ingredients together well and spread in greased 13X9 pan. Top with crushed potato chips if desired. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
