Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole 4
Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- ½ cup(s) butter or margarine
- ¼ cup(s) chopped onions
- 16 ounce(s) sour cream
- 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup, diluted with ¼ cup milk
- 2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper, to taste
- + 2 more ingredients

- ¼ cup(s) butter or margarine
- 1 cup(s) Cornflakes
Mix first 7 ingredients together and put in ungreased 9x13 pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter and toss with cornflakes. Put this on top of casserole. Put this on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 min.-1 hour. Can be made ahead in several smaller dishes and freeze until needed.
