Cheesy Potato Casserole


  • ½ cup(s) chopped onion
  • 10 ¾ ounce(s) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 pound(s) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cup(s) corn flake crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper, adjust to taste
  • 10 ¾ ounce(s) can cream of celery soup
  • ½ cup(s) butter, melted and divided

    • 3 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated
    • 1 pint(s) sour cream (light works fine)
    • ½ teaspoon(s) salt, adjust to taste
