Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising all-purpose flour
  • ¾ stick (6 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • All-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
