Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (36 count) packagecorn tortillas
  • 1 ½ cupssour cream
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 (15 ounce) canblack beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ½ cupsshreddedcheese
  • 3 tablespoonsbutter
  • 3 tablespoonsflour
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 cupschicken broth
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 green pepper, diced
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
