Chicken and Rice 66
- pinch salt
- 2 - 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup(s) mushroom soup
- 1 cup(s) celery soup
- 1 cup(s) chicken soup
- 1 ½ cup(s) rice (not instant)
Mix soups with an equal amount water, divide in half. place half of this mixture in a baking dish add the rice. Then layer the chicken on the rice and add the rest of the sou mixture. Bake at 350° until chicken and rice is done about an hour.
