Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breast halves, boned
  • ½ c butter, divided
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c sour cream
