Chicken Breasts in Poblano Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large poblano chile
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter (½ stick)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
