Chicken Breasts in Poblano Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ¼ cup butter (½ stick)
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large poblano chile
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2 Pound chicken breasts flat and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. 3 Meanwhile, rub poblano with olive oil and place on a foil covered baking sheet and roast for 3 to 4 minutes, or until skin blackens. 4 Remove from oven and rub off outer s...
