Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Garlic and Herbed Goat Cheese
- 1 whole garlic head
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/3 cup (3 ounces) goat cheese with herbs, softened
