Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 4 small skinless boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 lb total)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ¾ pound peeled rock shrimp or peeled medium shrimp
