  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
