Chicken Breasts with Rock-Shrimp Sauce

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 small skinless boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 lb total)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
