CHICKEN COATING MIX
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) bread crumbs
- ¼ cup(s) flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt (or as desired)
- 1 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
- ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
Combine ingredients thoroughly. To use, moisten chicken pieces with water or milk, shaking off excess. Place several pieces of chicken in paper or plastic bag and shake to coat.
