- 1 green pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped fine
- 2 clove(s) (to 3 cloves) garlic, chopped fine, adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder, adjust to taste
- 1 cup(s) chicken broth
- (small jar) pimentos, chopped

- TOPPING:
- 1 cup(s) chicken broth
- ¾ cup(s) cheddar cheese, extra sharp, shredded
- chives and parsley snips for garnish
- 2 pound(s) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cubed
- ½ cup(s) sliced green olives
- ½ teaspoon(s) cumin, adjust to taste
- 1 cup(s) cornmeal, yellow
- FILLING:
- 1 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1 onion, large, chopped
- 1 ½ cup(s) water
