Chicken Divine - Chicken, Rice, and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

• Rice for 6 servings, optional
• 2 tablespoon(s) minced dried onion or ½ fresh onion
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon granules or 2 cubes
• ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoon(s) garlic, fresh or dried
• 4 chicken breasts, skinless-boneless

• • 20 ounce(s) broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup - 10 ¾ oz. can
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon(s) curry powder, optional
  • 8 ounce(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup(s) seasoned croutons
  • ¼ cup(s) butter, melted
  • 6 cup(s) water
