  • 1/3 cup fine fresh bread crumbs (from firm white sandwich bread)
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
