  • 1 medium lime
  • 1 3 pound broiler-fryer chicken , cut up
  • 1/3 c all-purpose flour
  • 1-½ t salt
  • ½ t paprika
  • 2 T salad oil
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ t dried mint leaves
    • ½ c dry white wine sauce
    • lime wedges for garnish
    • mint sprigs for garnish

About 1 hour before serving: Grate peel and squeeze juice from lime. Place chicken pieces in bowl; toss with lime juice.
