CHICKEN IN WHITE SAUCE
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup(s) margarine
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup(s) cooking wine (white)
Salt and pepper chicken breasts and brown in margarine. Put in casserole dish. Combine soup, sour cream and wine in sauce pan used for browning chicken. Pour over chicken and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Serve over rice.
