- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 egg white
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- ¼ teaspoon each dried thyme, parsley flakes and rosemary, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
