Ingredients

  • 4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
