Chicken, Rice, and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 ¾ ounce(s) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2/3 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 cup(s) water
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 cup(s) chicken broth or stock

    • 16 ounce(s) frozen mixed vegetables
    • 1 tablespoon(s) minced dried onions
    • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
    • 1 cup(s) instant rice, uncooked
    • ½ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
