Chicken Sausage with Cabbage and Apples


  • ½ head green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 granny smith apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • ¼ c pecans
  • ¼ c dried cranberries
  • 1 T fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 T fresh thyme, chopped
  • ½ c chicken stock
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 T apple cider vinegar
    • ¼ t Kosher salt
    • ¼ t fresh ground pepper
    • 4 to 6 chicken apple sausages
