  • 4 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 large skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • Frisée-Apple Salad
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley
  • All purpose flour
