Chicken Stuffed with Two Cheeses


  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup creme fresh
  • ½ cup real mayonnaise
  • 6 thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts or trimmed and pounded
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • salt, pepper, garlic powder
    • 1 garlic clove, pressed
    • 1 ½ teaspoon fresh minced thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried
    • 6 ounce goat cheese, softened
    • 8 ounce mascarpone cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F middle rack postion. Combine the mascaropne cheese, goat cheese, thyme, garlic salt and pepper to taste, place mixture in refridge. for easier handling.
