CHICKEN SULTANA

Ingredients

• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) curry powder
• 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (10 ½ ounce can)
• 1 unpeeled medium apple, diced
• ½ cup(s) flaked coconut
• ½ cup(s) raisins
• 1 onion, chopped (medium)
• 1 broiler-fryer, 3 lbs cut up
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 3 tablespoon(s) Vegetable Oil

Heat 1 T. oil in large skillet; add onion and sauté until golden. Remove to 3-qt. casserole dish. Add remaining oil to skillet; add chicken and brown on all sides. Put chicken in casserole with next 3 ingredients. Add soup and curry powder to drippings in skillet and heat, scraping up brown bits....
