Ingredients

• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1 can(s) sliced black olives (2.25 ounce can)
• 1 pound(s) sliced mushrooms
• 3 tablespoon(s) butter
• 12 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese, sliced
• black pepper
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

  • 3 clove(s) garlic, sliced
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 ounce )

Preheat oven to 300°. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Melt butter in skillet, add chicken and sauté until browned. Turn and cook other side.
