  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, butterflied
