  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 14 oz cans of good quality whole peeled tomatoes, with their juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin

    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 4 small dried hot chilies, crushed, seeds and all
    • 10 cardamom pods, crushed
    • ½ can tomato paste
    • 1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
    • 3 Tbsp light olive oil
    • for the sauce:
    • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ½ tsp
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp coriander
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts
