Ingredients

¼ c chopped fresh basil
4 chicken leg quarters
1 c dry white wine
1 ½ t salt
¼ t pepper
40 unpeeled garlic cloves (about 4 heads)
25 whole cherry tomatoes

- 2 ½ c sliced leeks or onion
- ¼ c chopped mint
