Ingredients

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cups red and green grapes, halved
  • 1 ½ teaspoons McCormick Gourmet Collection Mint Flakes , divided
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt
  • 6 ounces goat cheese (chevre), softened
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ teaspoons McCormick Gourmet Collection Thyme Leaves , divided
    • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar or vino cotto
